Ordaman operates as a local-first application. All core user data created within the app is stored directly on your iPhone using an embedded local SQLite database. This includes:
- Daily goals, routines, and task entries
- Time blocks and schedule allocations
- Weekly flow planning configurations
- Category names, colors, and organization tags
- Streak records and habit completion metrics
- In-app user settings and visual preferences
This data is not synced to external servers managed by us and remains entirely within your device's isolated application storage.
3. Account & Registration
Ordaman does not require user account registration. You do not need to provide your name, email address, password, or phone number to use the application's core functionality.
4. In-App Purchases & Third-Party Processors
While core productivity features remain on your device, in-app purchases and subscription/entitlement checks involve trusted platform processors:
- Apple App Store Payments: All financial transactions, credit card processing, billing, and order fulfillments are handled directly by Apple Inc. according to Apple's standard App Store policies. We never collect or store your payment details.
- RevenueCat (Purchase Entitlements): We utilize RevenueCat Inc. to validate in-app purchases, manage active entitlements (e.g. Premium status), and restore past purchases. RevenueCat receives anonymized transaction metadata and device identifiers (such as an anonymous App User ID) to confirm whether your device has unlocked premium features. 5. Notifications & Permissions
If you grant Ordaman permission to send notifications, the app uses iOS native local notifications to remind you of scheduled time blocks, daily goals, or planning flow alerts.
- Notifications are generated and triggered locally by your iPhone operating system.
- No push notification payload is transmitted through remote servers.
- You can grant, modify, or revoke notification permissions at any time via your iPhone Settings app (Settings > Ordaman > Notifications).
6. Support Emails & Direct Communications
If you contact us for technical assistance or general inquiries via email (ongboycom@gmail.com), we will receive your email address, message body, and any attachments or technical details you choose to send.
We use this information solely to troubleshoot issues and respond to your inquiry. Support communications are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your request.
7. Advertising, Tracking & Data Selling
We adhere strictly to privacy principles:
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or usage data.
- We do not include third-party advertising networks or ad-tracking SDKs.
- We do not track your location or run background location services.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
Because your goals, time blocks, and planning data are stored locally in SQLite on your iPhone:
- Local Data Removal: You can clear or remove all app data by uninstalling the Ordaman app from your device, or by resetting application data through the app settings.
- Support Data Request: If you have communicated with us via email, you may request the deletion of your past support emails by emailing ongboycom@gmail.com.
9. Children's Privacy
Ordaman is a general audience productivity tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information through support channels, please contact us so we can delete it immediately.
10. International Users
Since local productivity data remains stored on your iOS device, your information resides wherever your physical device is located. If you transmit support emails to us, they may be processed in countries where our support infrastructure operates.
