By downloading, installing, or using the Ordaman iOS application or visiting https://ordaman.ongboy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application or website.
2. App Purpose & General Description
Ordaman is a personal productivity tool for iOS designed to help users set daily goals, structure time blocks, plan weekly flows, track focus routines, and manage native local reminders.
The software is provided for personal organizational purposes only and is not intended to serve as professional, financial, medical, or legal advice.
3. Local Storage & User Responsibility for Backups
Ordaman is engineered as a local-first mobile application. Your goals, routines, settings, and scheduling data are stored locally in an SQLite database on your physical device.
- You acknowledge that deleting the application, restoring your iOS device without an operating system backup, or experiencing physical device damage may result in data loss.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining regular device backups (such as iOS iCloud Backups or encrypted local machine backups) to preserve your application data.
4. In-App Purchases & Apple Billing
Ordaman may offer optional premium features or lifetime unlock tiers via In-App Purchases ("IAP").
- Apple Processing: All purchases, payment transactions, taxes, and billing inquiries are processed exclusively through Apple’s App Store payment systems.
- Entitlements: Purchase entitlements are validated through RevenueCat and linked to your Apple ID. You may restore purchases on any supported iOS device signed into the same Apple ID.
- Refund Policy: All billing, payment disputes, and refund requests are governed by Apple's standard App Store refund procedures. To request a refund, please visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, visual assets, app design, graphics, user interfaces, branding, icons, code, and trade secrets related to Ordaman are owned by Ordaman and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS devices that you own or control.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the application.
- Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, state, national, or international regulations.
- Attempt to bypass in-app purchase validation mechanisms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE APPLICATION AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ORDAMAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP OR SITE.
8. Apple Standard EULA Relationship
Unless a custom End User License Agreement is explicitly specified in App Store Connect, Apple’s Standard EULA governs your license of the iOS application (Apple Standard EULA). In the event of any ambiguity, nothing in these Terms is intended to conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Continued use of the app or website after revisions indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
